The Factory installed in a consisting area of 4000 m2 located in Addis Ababa, Akaki Kality Sub-city, Kebele 10 out of which office building covers 1800 m2, with ample space for extension. The company starts by the investment of birr 39.6 million invested by the shareholders. Expansion has been executed and the company’s paid capital reaches 72 million and this brings the company’s capacity 2 fold. The company was designed to facilitate correct and economical utilization of water resources incorporating the concept of water conservation, elimination of wastage in distribution and to fill void in the Ethiopian market for the supply of high quality products of “Geosynthetics” such as uPVC pipes, HDPE pipes, Geomembrane Sheet, and various related products which is used for the collecting, transporting, protection and containment of water resource and soil protection. Having a local manufacturer of these products enable Ethiopia to move forward quickly in its efforts to provide water supply to agriculture(irrigation), industries and utility services, at the same time providing expertise, skill transfer and employment for more than 225 Ethiopians of managers, Engineers marketing and sales representatives, office support personnel and manufacturing plant workers, provide high level of expertise and customer satisfaction by producing and supplying with quality Geosynthetic products.
